Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Reservations Administration Associate to provide exceptional service to existing clients, identify concerns, and offer effective solutions.

You will track calls for accurate records, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain product knowledge, and perform related duties as assigned by management, with shifting onsite schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to adjust communication for different countries and cultures.
• Numerate with spreadsheet experience and multitasking ability.
• Experience with various proprietary web apps and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients by identifying concerns and offering solutions.
• Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and contribute improvement ideas.
• Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
