Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a motivated Travel/Airline Customer Support professional to join our Ortigas Center team in Pasig. You will handle phone, chat, and email interactions for partner brands, resolving reservations and ticketing tasks with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months travel or airline BPO experience, at least 6 months omnichannel exposure, and strong English communication. The role is on-site in Ortigas Center with rotating shifts and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ months Travel or Airline experience in a BPO setting with hands-on ticketing and reservations.
• Must have at least 6 months omnichannel experience (voice/email/chat).
• Amenable to working in rotating shifts.
• Ortigas Center, Pasig City location.
• One valid government-issued ID and a soft copy saved for verification.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone-in/chat inquiries of current and prospective members.
• Identify causes of problems and recommend solutions.
• Process reservations or support work related to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets, and schedule changes.
• Maintain member accounts with profile updates.
• Send program collaterals and forms.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics.
• Manage feedback and liaise with backend support to resolve issues.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
• Meet daily KPI requirements.
