Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation Account in Quezon City. This onsite role offers a monthly salary up to ₱26,000 with paid training from Day 1 and no prior BPO experience required.

You will handle hotel bookings, cancellations, and inquiries, check availability and rates, and ensure high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets. Training is provided to start immediately.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
