Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation Account in Quezon City. This onsite role offers a salary of up to ₱26,000 per month and requires no prior BPO experience. Paid training starts from Day 1, with opportunities to grow within the company.

You will handle bookings, cancellations, and changes, verify room availability and policies, and ensure high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets.

Formación

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
