Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Hotel Reservation account in Quezon City. This onsite role requires no prior BPO experience and offers paid training from day 1. Salary is up to ₱26,000 per month with opportunities for performance incentives and career growth.

You will handle bookings, cancellations, modifications, check availability and hotel policies, and ensure top-quality service while meeting productivity targets on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate is required.
• No BPO or call center experience is required.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet quality and productivity targets
