Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Online Travel Assistant to support our travel account. You will handle bookings, changes, and inquiries, ensuring smooth customer experiences and accurate documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of GDS experience and strong English communication. You will work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule, with weekends off and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Provide professional and accurate assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
• Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.
