Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools.
• Provide professional assistance via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
