Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati, an upcoming 5-star luxury hotel, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team during pre-opening and market entry. You will manage administrative tasks, assist in proposals and contracts, and coordinate client meetings and site inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hotel sales or related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with CRM or hotel sales systems.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or hotel sales systems experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Sales Managers and Sales Leadership.
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and client presentations.
• Coordinate client site inspections, sales calls, and appointments.
• Support follow-up activities with clients to ensure timely responses and documentation.
