Job summary

RedDoorz is looking for an Account Manager in the Philippines to lead relationship building with property partners and drive new business opportunities.

You will nurture partnerships, identify partner needs, propose solutions, and upsell RedDoorz brands and services to ensure high satisfaction. The role requires 2–3 years in account/relationship management and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective partners.
• Pursue new business opportunities with existing property partners.
• Identify partners’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify possible opportunities for upsell and cross sell of RedDoorz brands, products and services.
• Provide property partners with comprehensive RedDoorz products and services.
• Ensure 100% property partner and client satisfaction.
