Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to drive regional expansion by identifying, connecting with, and onboarding hotel owners to join the RedDoorz network. You will manage the full acquisition cycle—from initial outreach and value presentation to contract negotiation and closing partnerships.

Responsibilities include pitching partners, negotiating terms, and expanding market presence while maintaining strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch new hotel, resort, and property partners across the region (regional expansion).
• Lead end-to-end deal negotiations to secure long-term property partnerships.
• Present customized partnership models and commercial terms to property owners.
• Execute local market expansion plans to increase brand inventory and presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local property owners and stakeholders.
