Agoda is seeking an Account Specialist to grow Agoda's supply network in the Philippines. You will manage a large portfolio of emerging partners, drive registrations and participation, and educate partners on Agoda’s tech solutions.

The role requires a proactive, data‑driven mindset and strong communication skills. You will engage partners through calls, emails, and webinars, prioritizing tasks and tracking results in internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a business development or sales execution role
• Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Reach out to high-potential supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities
• Onboard new or potential partners and guide online registrations
• Drive partner participation through targeted outreach and projects
• Communicate with partners via phone, email, messaging and webinars
• Educate partners on Agoda technologies, tools and models and track progress
