RedDoorz is seeking a Property Management (PM) Intern to support the onboarding and portfolio health of partner hotels. The role focuses on auditing, verifying, and optimizing information provided by new properties to ensure accuracy before guest check-in.

Responsibilities include reviewing property profiles for room inventory, address and contact details, and ensuring pricing floors and promotions align with policy guidelines.

• New Property Onboarding Audits: Review new partner property profiles to ensure complete accuracy across all listed details (e.g., room inventory counts, address/geolocation, operational contact details, and registered entity names).
• Rate Floor & Inventory Integrity Checks: Cross-check baseline room pricing floors, promotional settings, and allocation calendars to ensure new properties do not launch with pricing mismatches or unauthorized close-outs.

About the Role

The Property Management (PM) Intern will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding and portfolio health of new partner hotels.

This role focuses on auditing, verifying, and optimizing information provided by new properties. You will inspect property specifications, room types, pricing baselines, amenities, and policy details to eliminate operational defects before guest check-in.

Key Responsibilities

• New Property Onboarding Audits: Review new partner property profiles to ensure complete accuracy across all listed details (e.g., room inventory counts, address/geolocation, operational contact details, and registered entity names).
• Rate Floor & Inventory Integrity Checks: Cross-check baseline room pricing floors, promotional settings, and allocation calendars to ensure new properties do not launch with pricing mismatches or unauthorized close-outs.
• Defect Flagging & Coordination: Identify listing discrepancies, coordinate with onboarding Property Managers and Business Development leads to rectify errors, and log recurring issues to improve the onboarding pipeline.
