Job summary

Ascott Philippines is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Makati property. You will lead all departments, Drive guest experiences, and ensure financial performance in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B; coaching a high-performing team; monitoring budgets and forecasts; and upholding health, safety and service excellence while driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and maintain high service standards.
• Strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the hotel to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and support department heads in Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive sales initiatives and support occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
• Develop, coach, and manage team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
