Job summary

You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, schedule shifts, and coordinate with other departments to maintain presentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or serviced residence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment inventory.
• Control departmental expenses and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
