Job summary

Royale Parc Hotels and Resorts, Inc. in Batangas City seeks an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel activities and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or related degree, has 1.5–2 years in leadership roles, and has PMS experience to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel. Ensure smooth coordination among departments.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and consistently implement hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service standards
• Conduct regular property inspections covering guest rooms, public areas, function spaces, facilities, and back-of-house areas
• Ensure operational concerns, maintenance issues, and guest requests are addressed promptly
• Monitor room readiness, occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIP guests, group bookings, and events
• Monitor departmental expenses and ensure responsible use of hotel resources
• Review operating costs, purchasing requirements, inventory levels, and wastage
• Personally handle or oversee significant guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery
• Review guest feedback and identify recurring concerns and opportunities for improvement
• Scheduling of staff shifting

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar hotel leadership position (at least 1.5-2 years in each establishment)
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is required or strongly preferred
