Job description

The position is responsible for the overall customer service impression of the property for handling guest’s check-in, check-out, requests and inquiries. Ensures smooth and efficient operation of The Mini Suites reception area.

Guest Services

• Efficient check-in and check-out
• Positive guest’ comments/feedback
• Anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries/complaints, and solve problems as they arise
• Handling of VIPs and special requests

Guest Room Control

• Able to allocate rooms according to guest preference/guest stay history
• Room upselling / paid room upgrade

Cashiering and control

• No shortage or overage on cash fund
• No audit findings for the last 3 months

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience as Front Office Agent / Guest Service Agent in a Hotel setting
