Responsibilities
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, verify their reservations, assign rooms, and provide keycards. Process guest check-outs, ensuring all charges are correct and payment is processed.
Reservations: Manage room bookings, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services. Make reservations for guests and update the reservation system.
Guest Services: Address guest needs or concerns promptly, including special requests, complaints, or inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, or directions.
Billing and Payment Processing: Handle payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment. Issue receipts, ensure billing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies when needed.

Qualifications
