Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation account. This onsite, full-time role offers a salary up to ₱26,000 per month and includes paid training from Day 1.

You will assist customers with bookings, check availability and policies, handle inquiries, and strive to meet quality and productivity targets. No prior BPO experience is required, and basic computer skills with good English are enough to start.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
