Job summary

Antasis Inc. is seeking a guest services professional to handle reservations and guest communications. You will manage high volumes of calls, emails, and chats, assist guests with bookings and changes, and deliver outstanding guest service while resolving concerns professionally.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality or BPO, experience with American customers, and basic Excel skills. Willingness to learn reservation systems, including SevenRooms, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or BPO.
• Experience speaking with American customers.
• Hotel operations & guest relations knowledge.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn reservation systems (SevenRooms is a plus!).
