Antasis Inc. is seeking a guest services professional to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and chats, assisting guests with bookings, changes, and special requests. You will deliver exceptional service and resolve concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in hospitality or related fields, fluent English and Spanish, knowledge of hotel operations, and willingness to learn reservation systems such as SevenRooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent English & Spanish communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or BPO.
• Experience speaking with American customers.
• Hotel operations & guest relations knowledge.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn reservation systems (SevenRooms is a plus).
