Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field from a reputable college/university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh graduates accepted, 6 months to 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willing to work all shifts with flexible scheduling and rotate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lane assignments, equipment management, and event setup.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the bowling center.
• Learn procedures, customer service standards, and management protocols.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with staff and management for smooth shift operations.
