Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily bowling and billiard center operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor lanes, tables, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and reports.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies.
• Support promotions, events, and customer activities.
• Report maintenance needs, incidents, and other concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
