Formación

• College graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Authorized to work in the Philippines.
• Completed a hotel internship or relevant hospitality training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel service standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of exceptional service and discreet guest assistance.
• Handle or escalate guest concerns and inquiries courteously for timely resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures, including pre- and post-service requirements.
• Maintain understanding of service offerings, processes, standards and execution.
• Seek to exceed expectations by aligning with service principles and anticipating needs.
