Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila invites an IT leader to drive operations and architecture across hotel systems. You will guide the team to deliver projects on schedule, ensure robust security and scalable performance, and oversee the hardware and software that keep the property running smoothly.

The role requires a degree in IT, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate with international hotel operations. Experience with a premium hotel group is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline required.
• Experience with an International 5‑star hotel group preferred.
• Fluent English written and spoken; local language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team to support business operations and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Provide leadership on system architecture, data architecture, security, scalability and performance.
• Oversee development, maintenance, operation and support of hotel hardware and software systems.
• Implement policies and procedures for architecture, security, IT standards, systems and network management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to support business initiatives with new technology.
• Make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
