Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Psychology or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry or in the same capacity.
• Preferably has excellent skills in developing an annual Training Plan.
• Preferably fluent in both oral and written English.
• Preferably has experience in tailoring generic skill and knowledge training to specific job related functions to address training needs.
• Preferably creative and with an eye for details
• Preferably outgoing and people oriented
• Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
• Displays initiative and commitment to professional values

Responsibilities

• Organizing and monitoring training activities of the Hotel, to ensure alignment with the Hotel goals and objectives.
• Assist in the implementation of systems and programs in operations and revenue generation programs which assist in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.
