You will work with developers, operators and consultants, coordinating with architects and project managers to align specifications with client budgets and design intent. Travel is expected for territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical discipline.
• Familiarity with REVIT or CAD programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new opportunities and prepare proposals/pitches.
• Engage with key accounts including developers, operators and consultants to identify new projects.
• Coordinate with technical/specs team, architects and project managers to align design with budget and specifications.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management on opportunities and outcomes.
