Emapta is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager - Hospitality Technology to drive new business across Southeast Asia. You’ll engage hotel decision-makers, translate requirements into commercial wins, and own market development from prospecting to closing.

The role offers a hybrid setup with opportunities across Metro Manila, Cebu, and other regional markets, with a strong emphasis on strategic relationships and CRM-driven pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B technology sales with SEA coverage.
• Experience selling to hotels and hospitality groups.
• Hands-on knowledge of PMS, GRMS, BMS, or access control.
• Full-cycle business development: prospecting to closing.
• Strong hunter mindset with revenue targets.
• Fluent written and spoken Thai and English.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement regional business development plans to grow new and existing B2B accounts.
• Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers, consultants, partners, and system integrators.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend integrated hardware, software, and access control solutions.
• Build, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting and follow-up.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with revenue and margins.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing and global teams on campaigns and initiatives.
