Job summary

ClearSourceBPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Metro Manila to support a premium home appliance warranty program. You will handle inquiries, discuss coverage, process billing questions, and manage recalls and service tickets.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in a call center or customer support role, with a customer-first mindset and excellent English. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
• Strong English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with internal and external customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
• Discuss covered and non-covered items on calls, including out-of-pocket costs.
• Send emails and collaborate with departments for customer support.
• Manage recalls and open dispatch tickets.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
• Attempt to retain dissatisfied customers.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign.
• Answer customer questions about coverage limits and account changes.
• Process billing inquiries and payments.
• Handle pre-appointment work orders.
