Job summary

ClearSourceBPO in Pasig is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist homeowners with premium home appliance warranty programs. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, explain policy details, renewals, and new coverage options while building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

High School or equivalent required.
At least 1+ year outbound sales experience in a call center setting.
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy renewals and new coverage options.
Assist homeowners with policy transitions, renewals, and new account setups.
Clearly explain home warranty benefits, terms, and limitations, helping customers make informed decisions.
Follow up on expired policies and missed payments, finding solutions to keep customers covered.
Build emotional connections with customers by listening, engaging, and personalizing solutions.
Strive for one-call resolution to provide a seamless and stress-free customer experience.
Track your sales performance and meet or exceed targets set by management.
Attend meetings, stay up to date with product updates, and follow company policies on schedules and breaks.
