Helper Heroes is seeking a highly organized Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our home care agency’s hiring efforts. This remote role targets Philippine-based candidates and aims to hire 10 caregivers per month with minimal on-site oversight.

You will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, screen resumes, and guide onboarding, while adopting new tools and best practices to streamline recruitment in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in home care or healthcare.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post and refresh job ads on ATS platforms.
• Schedule and manage high-volume interviews.
