Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to assigned prospects using approved lists and scripts.
• Qualify leads as Interested, Not interested, Unreachable, Call-back required or Registered/FTD.
• Follow-up and retargeting per approved acquisition workflow and schedules.
• Send approved SMS messages as part of campaigns and ensure correct links/promotions.
• Accurately document call outcomes and update lead status and notes.
