Job summary

The Skillvantage Hub LLP is seeking a Philippines-based telemarketer to generate leads for Singapore schools. You will make outbound calls to teachers and school staff, identify the decision-makers, and book appointments for the founder/BD lead.

This is a lead-generation and appointment-setting role, not a closing role. Requirements include fluent English, prior outbound calling or B2B experience, and owning a laptop with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• Fluent, clear, professional spoken English (C1-level or near-native).
• Outbound calling / appointment-setting experience; B2B experience preferred.
• Own laptop/headset, stable internet, quiet workspace.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Singapore MOE structure or schools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to teachers and school staff on a provided target list.
• Identify the right contact (enquirer, HOD, Level Head, Vice-Principal) and route to decision-makers.
• Deliver a short pitch on The Skillvantage Hub's instructor-placement offering and gauge interest.
• Book and confirm appointments for the founder/BD lead, including calendar coordination and reminders.
• Log every call in the CRM/spreadsheet: contact name, designation, school, outcome, objections, next follow-up date.
• Re-engage no-shows and warm-but-not-ready leads on a defined follow-up cadence.
• Feed back objections and insights to refine pitch and target list.
• Flag and stop calling any contact who asks not to be contacted again.
