Job summary

GLOBAL PLAY HUB INNOVATIONS CORP. is seeking a telemarketing/lead qualification specialist in the Philippines. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and follow up per the acquisition workflow while maintaining accurate records of interactions.

The role requires strong verbal communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work with Filipino and English-speaking customers. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a plus; experience in fintech or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up and retargeting per approved acquisition workflow and schedules.
• Send approved SMS messages as part of campaigns and ensure correct links/promotions.
• Accurately document call outcomes and update lead status and notes.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Outbound Calling

• Contact assigned prospective customers using company-approved contact lists.

• Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and reactivation calls based on assigned campaigns.

• Encourage interested prospects to register or return to the platform.

• Follow approved telemarketing scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.

2. Lead Qualification

• Identify whether contacted leads are: Interested, Not interested, Unreachable, Call-back required, and Registered and completed FTD.

3. Lead Follow-Up & Re-targeting

• Conduct follow-up calls according to the approved acquisition workflow.

• Re-target registered customers.t

• Re-contact qualified leads based on designated follow-up schedules.

4. SMS & Supporting Communication

• Send approved SMS messages when required as part of the acquisition campaign.

• Ensure the correct registration link, promotion, and message are sent to each target segment.

5. Lead Documentation

• Accurately record the result of every call or assigned lead.

• Update lead status immediately after contact.

• Record relevant notes, including customer interest, objections, follow-up requirements, and other useful information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, college level, or bachelor's degree.

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, sales, or outbound calling is preferred.

• Experience in I-gaming, sports book, fintech, or similar industries is an advantage.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in Filipino and English.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
