Job summary

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, is hiring an entry-level Representative for Talent Acquisition in Cebu, Philippines. You will assist with recruitment programs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain thorough records in ATS/HRIS systems while supporting the TA team and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field; less than one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines in a high-velocity environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and tact.
• Knowledge of general office practices and business etiquette.
• Ability to follow through on tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file resumes, background and reference checks.
• Schedule initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for interviews.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in ATS and HRIS tools.
• Create new hire packets and schedule background checks and drug tests.
• Promote company image to candidates and external providers.
• Administer typing and math tests as necessary.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants as needed.
• Provide general support for the TA department and stakeholders.
