Job summary

EastWest BPO MCI is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and screen candidates for high-volume BPO roles, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and run recruitment drives to support volume campaigns.

You will maintain ATS records, ensure compliance with policies, and create dashboards in Excel to track recruitment metrics. Strong communication across all stakeholder levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment in a BPO or call centre.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to maintain compliant recruitment records and documents.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles within a BPO/call centre.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate open days and recruitment drives to support volume hiring campaigns.
• Manage recruitment administration and maintain documentation, trackers, and records.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, including hires and declines.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening, including background and world checks.
• Create, update and manage recruitment trackers, wage trackers, and Excel dashboards.
• Ensure recruitment systems and ATS records remain accurate and up to date.
• Manage multiple campaigns and requisitions while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates from agent-level to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
