Job summary

RELX International in the Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to provide consistent ER support as the service front door, validating new matters, ensuring complete records, and routing work to ER owners. You will apply approved categorisation, priority guidance, and standard workflows to resolve routine requests.

You will support managers with templates, knowledge content, and self-service tools while escalating complex issues to Tier 1 regional partners or Tier 2 specialists as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder, with experience in HR operations, employee relations, case management, or similar roles.
• Experience using standard procedures, templates, service levels, case-management systems, and escalation frameworks.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work across geographies and time zones and learn enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own ER intake and validation, confirming information and establishing a complete case record.
• Apply categorisation and priority guidance using the ER data dictionary and escalation rules.
• Resolve standard transactional requests through approved policies and templates.
• Route matters to the appropriate ER owner and distinguish operational work from cases needing Tier 1/2 involvement.
• Coordinate ER programmes including workflow steps, documentation, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain case-management quality with timely, accurate hand-offs and secure records.
