Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, legal management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs and standardizes ER policies, disciplinary matrices, and case handling playbooks.
• Provides expert advisory support to HRBPs on complex and high-risk ER cases.
• Conducts administrative investigations and facilitates hearings for high-risk or escalated cases.
• Establishes clear case escalation and governance protocols across the organization.
• Ensures adherence to the Labor Code of the Philippines and Company Code of Conduct in all ER actions.
• Maintains centralized case monitoring via dashboards and analytics reporting to analyze ER trends.

Education
