Huzzle is hiring a Business Development Representative for an early-stage HealthTech startup. You will help build the sales playbook from scratch, identify opportunities, engage high-level financial executives, and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BDR or similar SaaS sales role.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• CRM experience with pipeline management (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to work a strict EST schedule in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting targeting CFOs, Controllers, and VP Finance leaders.
• Craft personalized connection requests and follow-ups to drive engagement.
• Manage and update pipeline activity in HubSpot to maintain data integrity.
• Book and conduct initial screener conversations to qualify leads.
• Support outreach to insurance brokers and cross-functional teams.
• Meet KPIs for qualified conversations booked and progression to demos.
• Collaborate with leadership to iterate messaging based on market feedback.
