Snapscale is seeking a reliable Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) to support a US-based Physical Therapy clinic with virtual front-desk coverage, appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative support.

The role suits candidates with healthcare administrative or front-desk experience who can handle patient calls, schedule appointments, provide timely follow-ups, and help maintain smooth daily clinic operations. Remote work with accurate EMR handling is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare front-desk or admin experience required.
• Experience supporting a US-based clinic preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patient requests and tasks.

Aufgaben

• Answer and manage inbound patient calls and front-desk inquiries
• Handle patient questions and provide accurate information regarding clinic services and appointments
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients as needed
• Assist with patient intake and registration
• Manage patient follow-ups and recalls
• Provide virtual front-desk and administrative backup coverage
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in the EMR
• Provide additional administrative support as assigned
