Job summary

MicroSourcing invites applications for Healthcare Customer Support (Inbound Calls) at our Eastwood, Quezon City location. The role involves reviewing provider profiles, verifying documents, and guiding them through sign-up via calls, email, chat, and SMS.

You will ensure policy compliance, monitor trends, and hit KPIs while keeping high-quality records in Salesforce, under day-shift onsite conditions with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• College-level education.
• 1–2 years of continuous BPO experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Must pass required assessment score and the WriteX test.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and call center tools.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist providers in completing sign-up and registration via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Identify and escalate trends in customer enquiries.
• Meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Adhere to company values and procedures.
