Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will review support providers' profiles, verify documents, and guide them through signup via calls, email, chat, and SMS while upholding high-quality standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• College-level education is required.
• At least 1–2 years of continuous BPO experience.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must achieve the required minimum assessment score and pass the WriteX test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and call center tools.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify submitted documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist providers in completing sign-up and registration via outbound calls, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Identify and escalate trends in customer enquiries and achieve KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
