Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Expert to provide subject matter expertise, onboarding support, and serve as an escalation point for complex scheduling issues across designated departments.

You will forecast staffing needs, balance and publish daily, weekly, and shift schedules, ensure timecard accuracy, and align with pay practices. UKG certification is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years staffing, workforce & scheduling software experience.
• Previous healthcare scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for scheduler timekeeper with onboarding and coaching.
• Escalate complex scheduling and policy issues with leadership.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for workflows.
• Review ROC schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Forecast staffing needs with department managers.
• Ensure timecards accuracy and pay policy compliance.
