Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Philippines seeks a Supervisor, Centralized Scheduling to lead a scheduling team, balance staffing, optimize coverage, and ensure accurate timekeeping across departments. You will work with department leaders and drive timely escalations while maintaining efficiency and service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare staffing/scheduling, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and ideally UKG workforce management experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with staffing/scheduling software in a 24/7 healthcare setting.
• 3+ years experience in a lead or supervisory role with diverse stakeholders.
• UKG workforce management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates assigned to the centralized scheduling team and promotes teamwork.
• Ensures schedules meet coverage standards and optimize efficiency.
• Leads department schedules in electronic staffing systems and communicates recruitment needs.
• Maintains post-schedule updates to ensure coverage and skill mix.
• Provides leadership for premium pay practices and internal policy compliance.
• Monitors KPIs and creates reports on program goals.
