Optum Philippines is seeking a customer-focused provider services professional to handle incoming calls from health care providers. You will determine the type of assistance needed, resolve issues where possible, and document interactions to help improve service delivery.

In this role, you will work with Windows-based systems, maintain compassionate communication, and build strong provider relationships in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to listen, collect information, and respond with empathy; strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year in related environment (healthcare/administrative) using phones/computers.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed (benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations, EOB).
• Navigate complex computer systems to identify issue status and provide accurate responses.
• Deliver information in a positive manner to build relationships with providers and staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate reporting of trends.
• Comply with employment terms, company policies and directives; adapt as business needs change.
