Responsibilities

• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex systems to identify status and provide responses.
• Deliver information and build positive relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate reporting of overall trends.
• Comply with employment terms, company policies, and directives including potential changes in location, teams, or shifts.
