Optum Philippines is seeking a Provider Services Associate to handle incoming calls from health care providers, resolve issues on the first contact, and build strong relationships in a high-volume environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to listen empathetically while problem-solving. Health care experience is a plus, and this is an on-site role in Makati.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, able to navigate and learn new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond compassionately to customers.
• Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed.
• Focus on resolving issues on the first call by navigating through systems and identifying issue status.
• Deliver information and answer questions to build solid relationships with providers and staff.
• Complete the documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends.
• Adhere to employment contracts, policies, and directives, and support flexible work arrangements as needed.
