Qualifications

• College graduate of any four year course
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
• Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed
• Focus on resolving issues on the first call by navigating through computer systems
• Deliver information and answer questions to facilitate relationships with providers
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and report trends
• Adhere to employment contracts, policies and directives as applicable by the company
