Qualifications

• Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance requested.
• Resolve issues on the first call by navigating through systems to check status and provide responses.
• Deliver information and answer questions positively to build strong provider relationships.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends.
• Comply with employment contracts and company policies, including potential transfers, team changes, and flexible work arrangements.
