Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed (benefits, eligibility, billing, authorizations).
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by navigating through computer systems to determine issue status and provide appropriate response.
• Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to foster relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate reporting of trends.
