Qualifications

• 2-3 years BPO experience with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Healthcare background (BV, PA, claims, insurance) is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bacolod.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of healthcare support agents.
• Manage KPIs: Quality, CSAT, AHT, Attendance, Productivity.
• Ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA standards.
• Handle escalations and maintain strong client alignment.
• Drive performance improvements through data-based action planning.
